MECHANICAL ENGINEER
We are seeking a MECHANICAL Engineer to join our Team!

The Mechanical Engineer will be a professional, team-oriented, positive person that takes initiative, is dependable and takes pride their work.
​
The Primary function is to work with general supervision and direction on HVAC Systems’ design for Educational, Healthcare, Aviation and Commercial Projects.
​
Duties & Responsibilities:
​

Develop and create engineering construction documents, and the design and specification of HVAC Systems
-
Assist in the development of new standards and specifications for the Mechanical Team
-
Work on multiple projects, meet project budgets and schedules
​
Qualifications & Experience:
​
-
Minimum +5 years of experience
-
Working knowledge of Florida, Mechanical, Energy and Plumbing Building Codes, ASHRAE Standards, ANSI, NFPA and other building codes.
-
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, means and methods, materials, and industry standards.

Conduct quality control on projects and check the work of others for accuracy and completeness.

Must have strong design skills using AutoCad, REVIT and Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with Trane Trace & Newforma
-
Good communications skills
-
Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit & BIM 360.

Education:
​
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, EIT and / or PE preferred
-
Working towards licensure
-
LEED Green Associate or LEED AP preferred
